Three culinary masters will use
sugar, flavor and music in their first
appearances at the OC Fair as part
of this year's Culinary Arts Series each
Thursday night on Plaza Arts Stage.

Appearing on July 13 at 5 p.m.,
Warren Brown, is a success story of a
health care lawyer turned baker. After
several years of professional work in the
health care industry as a scholar, educator
and lawyer, Brown found in 2000 that his
true calling was as a baker. Now Brown's
passion and delicious made-from-scratch
sweets are enjoyed at his restaurant Love
Cafe and bakery CakeLove, and on his
Food Network TV show "Sugar Rush."

Rocco DiSpirito, who will hold
center-stage on July 20 at 5 p.m., is a
successful chef, author, entrepreneur,
business owner and radio personality, but
he is best known for his part in the hit
reality-TV show, "The Restaurant".
DiSpirito has used his spirit in the kitchen
and flavor in his dishes to please audiences
throughout the nation since 1995. He is
the author of three cookbooks, "Flavor,"
"Rocco's Italian American," and the
recently released, "5 Minute Flavor."
Best known for his musical approach
to cooking as The Singing Chef®, Andy
LoRusso, July 27 at 5 p.m., combines a
love of Italian cooking and songs. Since
1991, LoRusso has been serenading while
marinating at a number of TV appearances,
fairs, festivals and a variety of culinary
events. He is the author of the popular
cookbook, "Sing & Cook Italian."
All three chefs will immediately follow
their appearances with an autograph signing
and/or book sale.
