Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has announced the appointment of Dale L. Dykema as a member of the Orange County Fair Board of Directors. The Fair Board is composed of nine volunteer members whose role is to set and approve policies for the Orange County Fair & Exposition Center. He will serve a four-year term and succeeds Leslie “Teddie” A. Ray, who was first appointed in 2001.

Mr. Dykema, of Newport Beach, is the founder, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and majority stockholder of T.D. Service Financial Corporation in Santa Ana, which provides value-added technology and processing solutions to the mortgage banking industry.

Mr. Dykema is active in politics and is the Chairman Emeritus of the Lincoln Club of Orange County and a member of the board of directors of The New Majority. He also served on the steering committee of MORPAC, the Political Action Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. In addition, he has served on the boards of many non-profit organizations and is a current member of the board of the YMCA, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Lincoln Juarez Opportunity Center.
