Carla Hall – Comfort Food
July 28 at 5 pm

Finalist on Season 5 of the award-winning Bravo show, Top Chef, Carla Hall believes in cooking from the heart. With her whimsical charm and contagious personality, Chef Carla will share her recipe for bringing love and joy into the kitchen.

Michael Voltaggio – The Art of Presentation
August 4 at 1:30 pm

Winner on Season 6 of the award-winning Bravo show Top Chef, Chef Michael Voltaggio has spent over half of his life in the kitchen, starting at the age of 15. Chef Voltaggio will present a series of dishes that reflect the technique and style of today’s modern chef.

Rick Moonen – Sustainable Seafood

An advocate for sustainable fishing and seafood, Chef Rick Moonen’s passion for conservation has led him to national acclaim. Direct from his restaurant RM Seafood at Mandalay Bay, Rick shares his passion for seafood and drive to defend the depleting supplies of fish in the world’s oceans.

Dominique Colell – “The Ice Queen”

Dominique Colell began her ice carving career while preparing for the 1999 Miss Ventura County contest in the Miss America Organization. After winning her title and carving in her trademark crown and gown, Dominique was quickly dubbed “The Ice Queen. In 2006 Dominique started an all-female ice carving group called “The Chainsaw Chicks” that has performed nationally. In 2009 and 2010 Dominique was one of the ice sculptors featured on the TLC shows “Chainsaw Ice Sculptors” and “Chainsaw Ice Sculptors: Challenge Alaska".

A crowd favorite at the Fair, comedy hypnotist Mark Yuzuik will leave you spell-bound with his daily shows on Plaza Arts Stage.

Dueling Pianos
Nightly 8 pm – 11 pm

Set the stage with two grand pianos and two outrageously talented pianists and entertainment ensues! This all-request show provides a combination of sing-along, comedy, dancing and audience participation on the Meadows Stage.

This Interactive, fun-filled, laughter-packed family comedy magic show was designed for everyone to enjoy.
