ICE MUSEUM: Experience the Art of Ice – Green Gate
Be amazed by spectacular works of art rendered entirely in ice. Ice carving performances and demonstrations daily. This is the coolest exhibit at the OC Fair. Entrance to the Ice Museum is free with OC Fair admission.
The wildly popular breakout exhibit of the 2010 OC Fair makes its return this summer! The 2011 presentation of the Ice Museum is double in size and expanded to be featured in its own venue in proximity to Green Gate, one of OC Fair’s busiest entrances.

This year-round, four-acre demonstration farm is dedicated to agricultural education, highlighting California’s rich agricultural heritage. More than 30 different crops can be seen growing in the raised beds. The wide variety of farm animals includes cows, sheep, pigs, goats, rabbits, chickens and oxen. During Fair, expect one or more of the sows to give birth to a litter of piglets that can be seen in their pen. Fairgoers can also get their hands dirty in the vermiculture display showing how earthworms help to produce bountiful fruits and vegetables.
