The OC Fair Fine Arts Competition offers you the opportunity to compete in a juried showcase, with cash prizes offered at many levels. We invite you to share your artistic vision with us, as well as the one million-plus guests who will attend this summer's OC Fair.
Who May Enter
The Fine Arts competition is open to artists age 19 and older who live or work in Orange County. The Youth Fine Arts program offers competitions for Young Adults (age 13-18).

these rules and regulations may result in disqualification from
the competition.
Do you have glass in your framed work?
Due to continuing problems with broken glass and subsequent damage to artwork and injury to employees the competition handbook indicated that this year plastic or Plexiglas must be used inside frames. Since most over the counter frames come with glass, and certain artworks cannot be covered with plexi due to static electricity, we are making exceptions.
If your artwork is framed with a glass insert, and it weighs less than 40 lbs. we ask that you sign a waiver for damage when you drop off your accepted entries on June 20-21st. Works over 40 lbs. cannot be accepted.
